Leases

1 What is the minimum and maximum lease duration?

The minimum duration is 1 month. We have no maximum lease duration, and you always have the option of renewing your lease at the end of its term.

2 Are utilities included in the rent, and are there any additional costs I should be aware of?

Yes! Utilities are included in all of our leases. That means that heating, electricity, water, wifi and insurance coverage with civil liability protection up to $2 million are taken care of. The only additional costs that you need to consider are administrative fees (payable only once) or if you wish to rent an on-site parking space, wish to be accompanied by your pet(s) or want on-demand cleaning services.

Payment

1 What payment methods are accepted?

We offer multiple convenient payment options for your flexibility. You can make payments through Interac transfers to contact@boringbproperties.ca, opt for international wire transfers, use PayPal at the same email address, settle in cash during in-person transactions, or utilize USDT through your cryptocurrency wallet. Your preferred method is our priority.

1 How do I check the availability of apartments?

To check the availability of one of our apartments, provide the “from” and “until” dates of your desired stay and click the “Check availability” button and we’ll contact you with the properties availabilities.

2 Are the apartments fully furnished, and what amenities are included?

All of our apartments are move in ready and come fully furnished. This includes kitchenware (utensils, dishes, cookware and cleaning products), bedding, a fully furnished living area (sofa, TV, dining table), modern appliances and in-unit laundry facilities for your convenience 

3 Are the properties pet-friendly, and are there any restrictions or additional fees for pets?

Yes! All of our apartments are pet-friendly. Restrictions may apply on the number of pets or the type of pet. An additional fee of $100 will apply if you wish to move in with a pet. For property specific details, contact us by submitting your desired move in and move out dates for the property(ies) you’re interested in and our team will provide you with all of the details.

4 What can you tell me about the neighborhood, local amenities, and transport links?

Nestled in highly desirable neighborhoods, our apartments boast exceptional insulation. Ideally situated within a brief stroll from grocery stores, metro and bus stops, restaurants, cafes, shops, and more, each residence promises a perfect blend of convenience and comfort.

5 Who do I contact for maintenance issues or repairs during my stay?

If you have any maintenance related issues during your stay, simply call us at (514) 887-6868 or email contact@boringproperties.ca. Our dedicated support team is available Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 6 pm. In instances of urgent matters, rest assured that we can provide assistance beyond our standard business hours. Your peace of mind is our priority.

6 Is parking available on-site, and is there an additional cost for it?

On site parking is available for our properties for an additional cost of $300 per month.

1 How much is it to rent from BP?

Rent varies from property to property and based on the duration of your stay. For exact pricing or to find a property that fits within your budget, click the “Book Now” button to get in touch with our team.

2 Is there a security deposit required, and are there any additional fees?

We do not require a security deposit. All utilities come included with your lease (electricity, heating, water, wifi). If you choose to rent an on-site parking space, want on-demand cleaning services or want to move in with a pet, additional fees will be applied.
